Almond Biscuits

    This quick and easy recipe creates the most delicious biscuits. They are sweet, flourless and packed full of almondy goodness. Enjoy with a cuppa!

    Serves: 10 

    • 200g marzipan
    • 75g ground almonds
    • 100g icing sugar
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • To Decorate
    • 35 whole almonds

    1. Preheat oven to 150 C / Gas 2. Grease a baking tray.
    2. Crumble marzipan into a mixing bowl. Add almonds, icing sugar and lemon juice. Work into a smooth dough.
    3. Roll the dough into small firm balls. Make a hollow in each ball with your finger and place an almond in it.
    4. Transfer to baking tray and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
