Baked apples with hazelnuts and raisins

A fantastic way of sprucing up the humble apple. They are stuffed with hazelnuts and raisins before being baked. Enjoy with cream, ice cream or vanilla custard.

Made it more kid friendly. I used orange juice instead of brandy.  -  05 Apr 2011  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
