About this recipe: These waffles are a must for any marzipan lover. They are rich, sweet and oh-so-delicious. Enjoy for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dessert.


Makes: 10 waffles, depending on size

  • 200g marzipan, cut into small cubes
  • 300ml milk
  • 200g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 40g caster sugar

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Using an electric mixer, beat together milk and marzipan until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour, sugar and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook the waffles as normal, according to your waffle maker's instructions.
