Berry Hazelnut Biscuits

    A delicious jam-filled hazelnut biscuit recipe, which everyone will love. Hazelnuts biscuits are filled with berry jam. You can of course, fill them with any flavour jam you prefer.

    Serves: 75 

    • 330g plain flour
    • 140g caster sugar
    • 140g hazelnuts, ground
    • 330g cold butter, cut into small pieces
    • 150g berry jam
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1. Mix flour, sugar and hazelnuts together in a bowl. Add the butter and work everything into a smooth dough.
    2. Shape the dough into a roll, cut into 3cm long pieces and shape into balls.
    3. Place balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, push a hollow into them with a wooden spoon handle and fill with jam.
    4. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4 and bake for about 10 minutes.
