Remove seeds from apples, pears and persimmon and cut into bite-size pieces (not too small).
Mix orange juice and kirsch and mix with fruit salad. Then fold in raspberries carefully. It's best to fold raspberries in before they are completely defrosted so they don't turn into mush.
