    About this recipe: A creamy and delicious pasta dish made easy with Loyd Grossman Spinach & Ricotta Al Forno Sauce.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 1 (300g) pack fresh tortellini (flavour of your choice)
    • 1 jar Loyd Grossman Spinach & Ricotta Al Forno Sauce
    • 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1-2 tablespoons pine nuts

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

    1. Preheat an oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
    3. Drain and place into a 1.5 litre ovenproof baking dish.
    4. Spoon over the jar of sauce, making sure all the pasta is covered with sauce. Top with the pine nuts and Parmesan and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the top is nicely browning and the sauce bubbling.
