    About this recipe: This is a great summer smoothie that's quick and easy to make. Blueberries are liquidised with yoghurt, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg.

    Serves: 2 

    • 150g blueberries (frozen or fresh)
    • 250g natural yoghurt
    • 175ml semi-skimmed milk
    • 2 tablespoons caster sugar, or to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

    1. Blend the blueberries, yoghurt, milk, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg in a liquidiser until frothy, scraping down the sides of the jug with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately.
