I have just made these with my 5 year old son and they are lovely! Especially warm. The recipe States a tablespoon of baking powder, but I thought this was too much so only used a teaspoon and they are perfect. I also chopped up plain chocolate instead of chocolate chips as it's cheaper and it's nice getting an occasional larger lump of chocolate. - 22 Feb 2015
I used half oil and butter as didn't have enough oil but they still turned out so scrummy , a new staple for overripe bananas in our house - 10 Sep 2013
