About this recipe:This is an incredibly easy pasta dish, which is perfect for any weeknight. Pasta is baked with ham in a tomato sauce and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
450g fusilli pasta
750g tomato pasta sauce
450g thickly sliced roast ham, cut into 1.25cm cubes
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
225g grated mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7.
In a large bowl, combine dry pasta, pasta sauce, ham, garlic, onion powder and pepper. Pour in 750ml water over mixture. Mix well and spoon into 20x30cm or similar size baking dish. Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Carefully remove foil, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
