    About this recipe: These cookies quick and easy to make. They are also soft, chewy and incredibly delicious. Enjoy with a cup of tea, coffee or glass of milk.

    Makes: 24 cookies

    • 520g ginger cake mix
    • 80g porridge oats
    • 2 eggs
    • 125ml vegetable oil
    • 70g raisins

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease baking trays.
    2. Combine cake mix, oats, eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Stir in raisins.
    3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking trays. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on baking tray.
