About this recipe: This is a lighter version of a beef pasta dish, like spaghetti bolognese. Turkey mince is simmered in a tomato sauce and served with farfalle pasta. Feel free to use spaghetti, if you wish. Enjoy with liberal sprinklings of Parmesan cheese.
