Spinach and mushroom pizza

    25 min

This is an utterly delicious "white" vegetarian pizza. A ready-made pizza base is brushed with oil and then topped with spinach, mozzarella and mushrooms.

    2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and sesame oil. Brush onto pizza base, covering entire surface. Stack the spinach leaves, then cut lengthways into 1.25cm strips; scatter evenly over base. Cover pizza with mozzarella and top with sliced mushrooms.
    3. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.

Really good pizza. Used sliced mozzarella as it easier than grating. Worked well.  -  17 Apr 2016

This was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, I was full but still wanted more! I did make my own base instead of using ready amde though.  -  21 Oct 2011
