1 onion, chopped
100g sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (295g) tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
225g spreadable cheese with chilli, such as McLelland Seriously Strong
450g fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
450g spaghetti or angel hair pasta

In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt margarine and saute onions and mushrooms; add soup and cheese spread and blend together.
Add prawns and cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
