About this recipe: This dish takes less than 15 minutes to make! Fresh tortellini is tossed with ham, peas and mushrooms in a cheese sauce. Enjoy with fresh crusty bread, if desired.

Serves: 4 

  • 225g fresh tortellini pasta
  • 1 slice ham, chopped
  • 450g frozen peas
  • 225g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 675g ready-made cheese sauce

  1. To Cook Tortellini: Add pasta to a large pot of boiling salted water. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a frying pan to medium heat. Add the ham, peas and mushrooms and toss together until heated through. Add sauce and reserved tortellini and stir everything together. Let all simmer for 3 to 5 minutes and serve.
