    About this recipe: This easy pasta dish is simple to prepare. Meatballs are slowly cooked with tinned soups, then served with fresh buttered pasta. Enjoy with crusty bread, if desired.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 24 

    • 2 (295g) tins condensed cream of celery soup
    • 1 1/2 (415g) tins French onion soup
    • 450ml soured cream
    • 2.7kg frozen meatballs
    • 900g pasta
    • 110g butter

    Method

    1. In a large slow cooker, mix together the cream of celery soup, French onion soup and soured cream. Stir in the meatballs. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
    2. Fifteen minutes before serving, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. In a large bowl, toss the pasta with butter. Serve meatballs and sauce over the cooked pasta.
