    About this recipe: This indulgent dish is quick to throw together. Pasta is tossed with tomato soup, cheese, butter and breadcrumbs, before being baked to perfection.

    Serves: 6 

    • 450g macaroni pasta
    • 1 (295g) tin condensed cream of tomato soup
    • 300ml milk
    • 340g grated Cheddar cheese
    • 115g butter, divided
    • 4 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Pour in pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
    2. In large bowl, combine macaroni, soup, milk, cheese and 90g butter. Pour into 20x30cm baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with remaining butter. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

    made this tonight my hubby doesn't do tomato soup so didn't tell him till it was all gone, served it with garlic bread! Lush xx - 13 May 2013
