A fantastic quick bread, which makes use of over-ripe bananas. Its incredibly moist, fruity and utterly delicious. Enjoy for afternoon tea, elevenses or pop into packed lunches.
Absolutely lovely recipe, so easy Definitely only needs 30 minutes though. Also, when you put a skewer in it's not very accurate because the banana will be soft and it won't come out clean unless you bake it rock solid! So yeah, only needs 3 minutes at 180 degrees. - 28 Aug 2012
