About this recipe: A succulent chicken dish, which is quick and easy to make. Chicken breasts are grilled in a garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme butter. Enjoy with a salad, rice, pasta or potatoes.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 110g butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

  1. Preheat grill. Line a grill pan with foil and arrange chicken on top.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary and thyme and mix together. Divide the mixture over the chicken breasts, pressing firmly.
  3. Grill for 15 minutes, turning frequently coating the chicken with the herbed butter. The chicken is done when the juices run clear.
