    About this recipe: A delicious icing that is quick and easy to make and tastes fab! After icing the cake, simple place the cake under the grill for a couple of minutes to toast. Spread over cupcakes, cakes or muffins.

    Makes: 450 g approximately

    • 220g dark brown soft sugar
    • 50g butter, melted
    • 4 tablespoons cream
    • 75g desiccated coconut
    • 60g chopped walnuts

    1. In a medium bowl, combine dark brown soft sugar, butter and cream. Mix in coconut and chopped nuts.
    2. Spread icing over the cooled cake of your choice. Place cake under grill for 2 minutes or until bubbly.
