About this recipe:A boon for busy mums, this is a family friendly pasta bake that is especially great for using up any leftover pasta. Penne, fusilli or farfalle all work well, delicious combined with mince, Cheddar and tomato soup, then baked till bubbly.
170g pasta, such as penne
450g minced beef
2 (295g) tins condensed tomato soup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
225g grated Cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons dry sherry
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5.
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Brown the minced beef in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Stir in the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and garlic, bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and let simmer.
When pasta is done, stir with the cheese into the simmering sauce until cheese is melted. Stir the sherry into the sauce and stir for 1 minute, then place in a 2 litre baking dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese to taste.
