    1. Preheat an oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Lightly grease a 20x30cm baking dish.
    2. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to the boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the pasta, and return to the boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 13 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
    3. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook and stir mince, onion and green pepper until browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir in pepperoni, passata, tomato juice, oregano, celery salt, onion powder, garlic salt, basil, red chillies and cooked pasta. Pour into the prepared baking dish and cover with aluminium foil.
    4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.

Was a really nice change, something different to do with pasta and mince! Got 4 portions left for lunches. Thank you for sharing x  -  30 Jul 2015

Made this tonight and EVERYONE went back for seconds. I also used 2 cloves of fresh garlic. I used cyan pepper instead of red pepper flakes and regular salt because I didn't have an celery salt on hand. Served with green beans. Nice easy meal!  -  27 Jul 2009  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Wow this was really good. I made the recipe as written with the tomato sauce and juice and it was fantastic. I was toying with the idea of just using jarred pasta sauce, but knowing how good it tastes as written I will make it this way from now on, DELISH!  -  16 Sep 2009  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
