About this recipe:This is like a luxury version of your typical tuna sandwich filler. Tuna steak combines with crab meat and hard boiled eggs, which is dressed in mayonnaise and flavoured with dill, lemon pepper and gherkin relish. Serve on toasted bread with green salad, or in a tortilla wrap.
2 (160g) tins tuna steak
1 (170g) tin crab meat
1 teaspoon soured cream
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
2-4 tablespoons gherkin relish
1 small onion, finely chopped

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop finely.
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, crab meat, mayonnaise, soured cream and mustard. Stir in chopped egg, dill, lemon pepper, relish and chopped onion. Mix thoroughly.
