    About this recipe: This smoothie is almost like a milkshake, except that the yoghurt and fruit make it healthier than your typical chocolate shake! Play around with the fruits you use, if desired - other types of berries also work a treat! A nice way to give the children a treat that is good for them, too.

    Serves: 2 

    • 225g natural yoghurt
    • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    • 8 frozen strawberries
    • 1 banana, frozen and chunked
    • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
    • 120ml milk

    1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
