220g dark brown soft sugar
100g caster sugar
225g margarine, melted
330g porridge oats
340g plain chocolate chips
200g peanut butter

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
In a medium bowl, stir together the dark brown soft sugar, caster sugar, melted margarine and oats until well blended. Mix in the chocolate chips. Press the mixture into a 23cm square tin.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Spread peanut butter over the top of the bars and let cool until set. Cut into squares and serve.
