Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Place cannelloni in the pot, cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Place the beef in a frying pan over medium heat, and mix in eggs, oil, garlic, garlic salt and parsley. Cook until beef is evenly brown. Transfer to a large bowl, and mix with cream cheese and 250ml of the pasta sauce.
Stuff the cooked cannelloni with the beef mixture, and arrange in the prepared baking dish. Cover evenly with the remaining sauce.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with Pecorino Romano cheese just before serving.
I used mature cheddar cheese instead of pecorino, and i put it on the cannelloni before putting it in the oven,so it was all melted in!Yum!I also used tesco's 'tomato and herb' pasta sauce which was really tasty too! - 21 Oct 2011
I made this again, but altered it slightly,i mixed the creamy mince mixture in with some cooked spaghetti, put it in an oven proof dish, then mixed in the pasta sauce, finally i topped it with some grated cheddar and parmesan, then i put it in the oven for about 15 mins! It was really good like that too,my hubby thought so especially! - 07 May 2012
