An impressive yet easy way to make something really special out of sea bass fillets. All the ingredients are easily available in the supermarket, and the preparation is very simple. Really delicious! Serve with rice and green veg.
This was an incredible dish that did not last long on our plates! I did not have cream so I used milk instead and the sauce came out fine. I also could not find crawfish and stuck with immitation crab.
