    About this recipe: For a light lunch or after-school snack, these tuna toasties are delish. Tuna is mixed with mayo and celery, spread over halved muffins, then topped with tomato and Cheddar and grilled till bubbly.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 (170g) tin tuna, drained
    • 1 small stick celery, chopped
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 4 muffins, halved and toasted
    • 8 slices ripe tomato
    • 8 slices Cheddar cheese

    1. Preheat your oven's grill.
    2. In a bowl, mix together tuna, celery, mayonnaise and salt. Spread tuna mixture onto the toasted muffin halves and place them on a baking tray. Top each half with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese.
    3. Grill until cheese is melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
