Sugar free chocolate chip cookies

    27 min

The only sugar in these chocolate chip cookies is in the chocolate chips. Use chopped dark chocolate with at least 70% cacao for even less sugar. Chopped walnuts, which are especially heart healthy, can be used in place of pecans. These cookies freeze well.

Having made these twice now, I can thoroughly recommend this recipe. Only 1change, I put 125g chopped apricots instead of choc chips & nuts. Brilliant!  -  18 Apr 2014

Yummy! I made these but forgot to buy plain flour so they look more like cakes but are very tasty, will be making these again with the right flour.  -  24 Aug 2013
