About this recipe: This is a dead easy recipe for a fantastic chocolate glaze, which you can use on doughnuts, eclairs, ice cream, cakes, sweets, petits fours and more. Just three ingredients!


Serves: 10 

  • 85g plain chocolate, chopped
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. In a double boiler, melt together butter, chocolate and syrup. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in the microwave using short intervals, and then blend in the other ingredients.
  2. Pour glaze while still warm over cake, doughnuts, eclairs, etc.
