Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

    Make your very own confectionery treat that looks impressive, but is simply easy! Kids will love this, and most adults, too! Very moreish, you won't be able to stop at one.

    Serves: 12 

    • 325g milk chocolate, chopped
    • 260g smooth peanut butter
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 60g icing sugar

    1. Trim 12 paper muffin cases to half of their height.
    2. Place 1/2 of the chocolate in a microwave safe container. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Spoon melted chocolate into muffin cases, filling halfway. With a spoon, draw the chocolate up the sides of the cases until evenly coated. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
    3. In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, icing sugar and salt. Divide into the chocolate cases. Melt the remaining chocolate, and spoon over peanut butter. Spread chocolate to edges of cups.
    4. Chill in the fridge until set.
