220g dark brown soft sugar
160g porridge oats
250g plain flour
120g wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
160g dried cranberries
80g white chocolate, chopped
80g plain chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Line a baking tray with parchment.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine the oats, flour, wholemeal flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, stir in the cranberries, white chocolate and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking tray for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
