This is my daughter Molly's favourite chicken dish which I make in a slow cooker. It's very easy to prepare and it tastes great with rice and green veg.
Sorry we didn't like it which was quite surprising given the reviews. Cooked it exactly as stated in the slow cooker and served with rice and veg. The smell was lovely but none of us (six in my family) like the taste of it so we won't be cooking it again. Thanks for the recipe though, always up for trying new things.
This has become one of our staple mid-week meals - it literally takes about 5 minutes to prep and taste fab! We make it with chicken thighs as I prefer to legs (less gristly) and have it with mash potato and corn on the cob. You have to try this recipe - I promise you won't be disappointed!
I made this last night for dinner, i used chicken breasts and served it with fried rice i also added 2 teaspoons of chinese 5 spice, the family loved it and i will definately been making it again
wow very tasty love love love it. Such a simple dish to make and my house smells wonderful been a bit hungry all day though because of it as I slow cooked it. We love garlic so put extra in. Mmmmm
