This has been a hit with everyone - made 2 loaves in as many weeks. Excellent fresh, but possibly even better toasted with lashings of butter and some cinnamon sugar. Very easy to make.  -  24 Oct 2011

i added 150g of raisins instead of the 110g and used butter instead of marg. the smell in the house when we came back for brownies was lovely and the taste is great, going to have to limit this one, as not to eat too much of it. Just had some toasted and little girl say's Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood, need to taste this.  -  07 Oct 2017
