Tried this at the weekend!! My husband loved it. I used a splash of pineapple juice instead of milk and mixed spice in place of the spices as I didn't have nutmeg. I also used Greek and honey yoghurt as I didn't have vanilla. - 05 Nov 2014
Used 2 tbs plain Greek yoghurt, a few ice cubes & ripe pears which sweetened this recipe. I omitted the spices. Using the ice cubes in a smoothie blender helps to circulate the fruit easily whilst blending (according to manual). This is perfect for a quick breakfast on the go.
