    About this recipe: A simple, but delicious salad that's a cinch to make. Spaghetti, pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, green olives and Parmesan cheese is tossed in an Italian salad dressing.

    Serves: 12 

    • 450g vermicelli or spaghetti pasta
    • 225ml Italian salad dressing
    • 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 small red onion, chopped
    • 225g pepperoni sausage, chopped

    1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and place in a serving bowl.
    2. Pour the salad dressing and vinegar over the pasta and mix well. Add the onion, pepperoni, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, seasoning mix and Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined. Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
