About this recipe: An easy bread, which requires very little prep. Simply add all the ingredients to the bread maker and let it do its magic. Enjoy with lashings of butter.
Lovely crust and really light and fluffy. I have a Panasonic sd-2500 and used the wholemeal rapid bake setting as that is a 3 hour setting. I added the ingredients in line with the the general guidelines in my manual (yeast and bicarb, flour, sugar, salt then wet ingredients with water last) and then a bit more flour as the recipe suggested as my dough felt a bit sticky. I put a tad less salt and sugar in and used coconut oil for the oil part (gives a slight coconut taste if you don't mind that) and also for half of the flour, used strong white bread flour.
