    About this recipe: A simple, yet incredibly delicious chicken dish. Chicken is stir-fried with garlic and stir fry sauce, then grilled until browned. Serve with noodles or rice.

    Serves: 4 

    • 675g skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets, cubed
    • 1 teaspoon oil
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
    • 315g Chinese stir fry sauce

    1. Preheat grill.
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and garlic. Saute until chicken juices run clear, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain fat from frying pan and stir in sauce.
    3. Place chicken mixture on to a baking tray and grill for about 10 minutes or until browned. Let sit about 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
