About this recipe: This is a quick and easy fruit smoothie, which is vegan-friendly. It's made with banana, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple and coconut cream. It contains no less that FOUR portions of fruit.


Serves: 1 

  • 1 1/2 cupfuls crushed ice
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 75g chopped strawberries
  • 75g chopped pineapple
  • 4 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut, for garnish

  1. Blend the ice, banana, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple and coconut cream in a liquidiser until smooth; pour into a glass and garnish with the desiccated coconut to serve.
