520g sponge cake mix
110g butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
225g cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
420g icing sugar

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease and flour a 25x38cm swiss roll tin.
Mix together cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Press mixture into tin.
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs and icing sugar. Pour mixture on top of cake base.
Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 150 C / Gas 2 and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
