    About this recipe: This easy pasta dish is quick to make and everyone will love it. Pasta is tossed with chicken, peas and mozzarella in a creamy mushroom sauce.

    Serves: 6 

    • 225g pasta
    • 75g frozen peas
    • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
    • 1 (295g) tin condensed cream of mushroom soup
    • 75ml milk
    • 4 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese

    1. In a medium pot, cook pasta in boiling salted water. When pasta is 3 minutes away from being cooked, add in frozen peas. Cook until vegetables and pasta are tender. Drain well.
    2. Meanwhile, boil the chicken in a medium saucepan until cooked completely. Drain chicken and cut into bit size pieces.
    3. In a large saucepan, mix cream of mushroom soup and milk until warm and lumps are dissolved.
    4. To the large saucepan, add the chicken, pasta and vegetables. Toss with the sauce. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted. Serve.

    made many recipes of this site never been dissapointed. but i was with this recipe. tasteless .. ended draining the liquid and making my own sauce .tasted like mushroom soup poured over chicken - 01 Oct 2015
