use soy sauce instead of oyster sauce when trying to make it stick together... and using a little lea and perrins when cooking the mushrooms to give some more flavour - 12 Sep 2011

Well followed recipe and it was dry and turned into a plate of loose brunch and wouldn`t stick together and to separate it ?it fell apart lol...had to serve it as it was,. so we had rice and dry plate of mushrooms.sorry cannot rate any higher than this. - 21 Nov 2017
