    About this recipe: This is a fantastic tasting wholemeal bread. It's easy to make and packed full of flavour and crunch. This bread makes great toast and sandwiches.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 1 loaf

    • 320ml water
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 50g tablespoons butter, softened
    • 135g bread flour
    • 240g wholemeal flour
    • 50g rye flour
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried milk powder
    • 3 tablespoons dark brown soft sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons easy bake yeast
    • 60g Grape-Nuts cereal

    1. Place the ingredients in the pan of a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select wholemeal setting and press Start.
