Transform tinned cream of mushroom soup into a creamy sauce for pork chops. Quick and easy, but very delicious. One of my family's favourites served over brown rice.
I made this for tea today. I did not use the tin of soup though, i made a delicious mushroom sauce with mushrooms, garlic, onions, butter, flour, left over white wine, vegetable stock and lots of parsley. Yum! Cheaper as wee as i didn't have to buy soup on top of the basic's. (which most people have in cupboard/fridge anyways!) Really quick and easy to make too, which I need with 4 kids in the house!! I made this recipe last night & it was delicious. A very filling meal & easy to make. The only thing I would change next time is to make more sauce, thumbs up from hubby & friend. - 01 Dec 2009
