These spiced biscuits are a real treat anytime of the day. They are dotted with chopped pecans and have a layer of strawberry jam inside.
I am from America. The flour here in Serbia is different than we have back home. Can you tell me which flour to use? I have seen t-400 and t-500; do I add baking powder or baking soda and salt? I really need help with the flour uses. Thank you. - 15 Jan 2011

Made it healthier. I substitutes butter with light margarine and used soft brown sugar instead of caster sugar,so they came out healthier but still great tasting! - 24 Dec 2010
