450g fresh tuna steaks, finely chopped
1 carrot, grated
80g onion, chopped
25g chopped fresh chives
35g panko bread crumbs or regular bread crumbs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise

In a large bowl, mix together tuna, carrot, onion, chives, eggs, bread crumbs and mayonnaise. Season with garlic salt and black pepper. Form into burgers.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange burgers in the pan (only as many as will fit easily in the pan). Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes per side or until golden brown.
