210g digestive biscuit crumbs
4 tablespoons caster sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
250ml full fat milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons honey

Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Grease 10 muffin holes or line with paper cases.
In a large bowl, combine biscuit crumbs, sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk, egg and honey; mixing just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
