About this recipe:
A wonderful bread, flavoured with a dill pickle. It's easy to make and very tasty, simply pop everything into a breadmaker and let it do its magic.
Makes: 1 loaf
250ml warm water (45 degrees C)
1 dill pickle, chopped
15g butter, softened
1 tablespoon dried chopped onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
430g bread flour
2 teaspoons dried active baking yeast
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select white bread, medium crust setting. Press start.
