Easy mustard sauce

    This is a simple summery sauce that's perfect for fish cakes.

    • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 4 tablespoons soured cream
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soured cream, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Adjust amount of mustard to taste. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.

    Used different ingredients. I make this type of sauce whenever I make salmon....only I add more mustard and some fresh dill...Try it, it's delicious.  -  15 Sep 2008
