    About this recipe: This wonderful chicken dish is incredibly simple to make. Chicken breasts are baked in a creamy white wine sauce. Enjoy with rice, potatoes or pasta.

    Serves: 4 

    • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets
    • 2 (295g) tins condensed cream of celery soup
    • 250ml soured cream
    • 75ml white wine

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 20x30cm baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine the soups, soured cream and white wine. Mix well and pour over the chicken. Cover with foil.
    3. Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 1 hour.
