A very simple chicken dish that's full of flavour. Chicken breast pieces are sauteed with dried herbs, then combined with tinned tomatoes, gravy granules and Marsala wine. Serve with rice, pasta or boiled new potatoes.
We had this recipe last night. I don't like stewed tomatoes, so I used plain diced tomatoes. I used the kind of red wine that I had, and I added a small can of mushrooms.
